How to make a reservation or send an inquiry?
If you decide to make a reservation or inquire about our accommodations, you can use our contact form to send us an email or contact us via Whatsapp or Viber.
Please provide us with your name and surname as well as your arrival and departure dates. After checking the availability, we will contact you as soon as possible to provide you with all the information you need for your reservation.
Do I need to pay an advance?
Yes, you need to pay 30% of the price as a down payment.
After you have booked the accommodation, you will receive a confirmation of the reservation from us, which includes the amount of the advance payment and the rest to be paid upon arrival.
To complete your reservation, you must pay the deposit within 7 days. After payment, you will receive a confirmation voucher.
The remaining amount should be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
In the event of cancellation, if we manage to rent your accommodation to another guest during the reserved time, you will receive your advance payment back after the reserved period.
If we are unable to rent the accommodation and it remains empty during the reserved period, we will retain the advance payment as cover for lost profits.
What should I do when I arrive at the accommodation?
Please prepare your identification documents so that we can register you in the E-Vizitor system – the tourist board. Please prepare the exact amount for your accommodation before arrival.
When can we enter the accommodation?
Check In is scheduled from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier and the Studio is already ready, you can check in immediately. If not, you can have a drink in our Guest Lounge, take a break, leave your luggage or go down to the beach or a cafe (all within a 50m radius).
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all rooms are fully air-conditioned – comfort in summer and in the transitional seasons.
Do you have private parking?
Yes, private parking is provided for Rooms No. 1 to No. 4 , for Rooms No. 5 and No. 6 there are parking spaces along the road.
Do you offer additional activities?
That! We offer Kayaks, SUP‑Boards, Yoga Mates and Parasols at no additional cost.
How far are you from the beach?
Studio Rooms Holiday Sun are only 50 meters or 86 steps from the beach
Is it possible for the child to sleep with us in bed?
Unfortunately no, all rooms are categorized for a maximum of 2 people, and according to the law in tourism, children and babies are treated as persons.
