You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before departure.

After that, the following applies: In the event of a cancellation, and provided we are able to rent your accommodation to another guest during the reserved period, you will receive your prepayment back after the reservation period has ended.

If we are unable to rent the accommodation and it remains vacant during the reserved period, we will retain the prepayment to cover lost profits.
